The new Pure France Now website has gone ‘live’ this November.
Pure France Now is dedicated to promoting the Roannais and Rhône-Alpes in France for great food and gift products, gourmet weekends, business event organisation, weddings, special celebrations, including a superb selection of excellent value properties for sale, and much more.
We source and sell beautiful quality, handcrafted products and gifts from artisans, speciality family businesses, and caring companies from France.
Take a look at our Pure France Now Shop online – inspiration for that perfect gift and special treat.
You will also find lots of information about France in our dedicated features, and on our regular news editorials in the Pure France Now Blog, especially regarding the stunning Roannais region where many of our superb products originate, and are crafted with special care, passion, and dedication.
Pure France Now is teaming up once again with major regional property agency, Cabinet Ginet.
Our mission is to offer prospective UK buyers a direct and responsive service when looking for a holiday property or main residence in France, and, more, specifically showcasing what the beautiful Roannais in the Rhône-Alpes region has to offer.
Pure France Now has over 15 years experience of buying and selling property in this region, and also has high level expertise with renovation projects, and handling all aspects of purchase and property development where required. Based in the heart of the Roannais region, we are able to provide ‘on the ground’ advice and help on all aspects.
We provide an English-speaking service, and can handle all legal communications, including document translation.
PURE FRANCE NOW SPECIAL PRICE NEGOTIATION SERVICE.
We have an excellent and close relationship with the main property agent in the region, and our knowledge of the regional property market gives us the opportunity to negotiate and offer beneficial discounts/price reductions, and also to minimise agency commission costs.
THE TIME IS NOW RIPE FOR PURCHASE AND INVESTMENT IN FRANCE.
The time is ripe for investing in French property, according to World First, leading international exchange dealers, economic watchdog and forecasters.
2014, and beyond, is shaping up to be an opportune moment for UK and International investors in France to finance their purchase with a euro mortgage if required.
Also, with the recent signs of increased economic growth in the UK, including the rise of the asset value of UK property, it is a good time to take advantage of this positivity and the strength of GBP exchange rate over the EURO, and the slower economic growth and distinctly lower French property prices.
Therefore, coupled with this overall economic climate, and the virtually ‘undiscovered’ and ‘little-known’ region of the Roannais, opportunities to pick up an amazing property bargain are many. From large Chateaux with large grounds and woodland (circa £450K) to Country Houses (£275K) and Farm Outbuilding renovation opportunities (£50 – 100K)
Well worth a ‘look’, and to at least include in your French property search list. We have a great selection of properties on our books, so now is the time to take advantage of the Pure France Now purchase discount benefits available.
Pure France Now offers a dedicated Property Search Service, and we can organise your visit for viewings, including a tour of the region, accommodation, and transport.

François Pralus opens his first main Lyon shop in October/November 2013 at 32 Rue de Brest, Lyon.
So far this new Pralus Boutique has hit record sales during its opening month. The Lyonnaise has been waiting while to taste the quality of Pralus’s chocolate products and patisserie selection, including the famous Praluline brioche.
It looks like Pralus will be a mainstay of Lyon’s fraternity of exclusive chocolatiers for the foreseeable future.
Following on from the recent exceedingly successful opening of two boutiques in Paris, Pralus is continuing it’s run of expansion and increasing sales despite the current French economic malaise.
Pure France Now are now partnering Pralus in its promotion and exposé of all Pralus products to the UK, and will shortly be offering access to a special selection of Pralus chocolate products via our new Pure France Now website due for launch during November 2013.
We will, of course, be continuing our ardent recommendation of the many Pralus products to all who visit the Pure France Now website, and will be seeking to assist in the marketing of Pralus to a wider audience in the UK through our editorials and exhibition opportunities during 2014.
All at the Salon du Chocolat in Lyon during this November.
THE THIRD EDITION OF THE SALON DU CHOCOLAT ACCLAIMED BY THE LYONNAIS!
The world capital of gastronomy has offered an exceptional welcoming to the 3nd edition of the Salon du Chocolat in Lyon.
From November 8th through to November 11th 2013, 20,000+ visitors gathered at the Cité Internationale to discover the universe of chocolate on 4,000sqm dedicated to this exceptional product. Four days of chocolate fun!
More than 80 exhibitors, chocolatiers, chefs, pastry chefs and young talents celebrated chocolate and cocoa in all its forms. For its 2013 edition, the Salon du Chocolat highlighted the “New Worlds of Chocolate” with a full programme of activities including, of course, the famous Chocolate Fashion Show. The Salon du Chocolat never ceases to amaze you!
And, of course, our famous regional chocolatier, Francois Pralus, was at the show, following the exceptionally successful opening and launch of his new shop in the heart of Lyon.
