Highly recommended. Exciting, original, seasonal cuisine. Closed Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday (except for group reservations). Service mid-day to 1.30pm (summer) and 1.15pm (winter) and for evening 9.15pm (summer) and 9.00pm (winter). 15th century Chateau de Champlong, set in a tranquil garden paradise in the heart of the Roannais, Rhône-Alpes. Our complimentary expletives can only do it limited justice! A superb, stylishly presented establishment, run by a wonderful married couple – Olivier Boizet, ‘chef de cuisine’, and his wife, Veronique, mâitre d’hôtel. Original, quality cuisine served with exceptional panache. Has to be visited!
