Famous 3 Michelin-starred restaurant La Maison Troisgros is Moving!!

Yes, it’s true! After over 40 years, La Maison Troisgros, based in Roanne, and internationally renowned 3-star establishment, is packing it’s cutlery and chefs, and moving to the village of Ouches on the edge of the Roanne township.

After considerable reflection, Michel and Marie-Pierre Troisgros have made the major decision to move the restaurant and 5-star hotel into a stunning château location which signals a new era for them and the famous Troisgros brand of fine dining cuisine. It is a necessary evolution to provide the growing demand of their clientele for a continuation of an exquisite food experience, but with even more exceptional facilities in high quality surroundings.

This move is to take place during 2017 after the major renovation and development of the château and its huge grounds with a massive investment of over 7 million euros. The new restaurant establishment will include a 12 bedroon 5-star hotel and spa set in over 17 hectares of landscaped grounds with a 4 hectare lake.
